You can give your voucher a personal touch by choosing a suitable motif. By clicking on the arrow in the starting motif, you can select a motif from the multitude of options. IMPORTANT! If you order your voucher by post, we will use our standard vouchers, which are manually labeled and issued. In this case, the selected motif or special messages can't be considered.

Either your account is not suitable for this payment method or must first be set up for it (e.g. with SOFORT). It may also be that the payment is not sufficiently covered, and you have not set up an alternative payment method (e.g. PayPal) or your card has expired or does not have the necessary framework (e.g. credit card via stripe).

Either the payment has failed (see point 1) or the data you entered is incorrect. This can be due to typing errors in the email address, format errors due to special characters, etc. In this case, please check all of your details again.

Ask the person to also look in the spam folder. With some settings, the mails may be moved there. If the email still does not appear, you can contact us at any time, and we will reissue the voucher as soon as we have confirmed the payment.

If you prefer to hand over or send the voucher in person, simply enter your own data when ordering. The voucher code for processing is also sufficient for us. You can simply write this on a personal greeting card so that the recipient can redeem it.

Sollte der Gutschein zu einem speziellen Zeitpunkt bei der beschenkten Person eintreffen, dann gib bei der Bestellung deine eigene E-Mail- oder Post-Adresse ein, damit wir ihn dir zusenden und übergib diesen dann später persönlich.
