In case you need help

You can give your voucher a personal touch by choosing a suitable motif. By clicking on the arrow in the starting motif, you can select a motif from the multitude of options. IMPORTANT! If you order your voucher by post, we will use our standard vouchers, which are manually labeled and issued. In this case, the selected motif or special messages can't be considered.

Either your account is not suitable for this payment method or must first be set up for it (e.g. with SOFORT). It may also be that the payment is not sufficiently covered and you have not set up an alternative payment method (e.g. PayPal) or your card has expired or does not have the necessary framework (e.g. credit card via stripe).

Either the payment has failed (see point 1) or the data you entered is incorrect. This can be due to typing errors in the email address, format errors due to special characters, etc. In this case, please check all of your details again.

Ask the person to also look in the spam folder. With some settings, the mails may be moved there. If the email still does not appear, you can contact us at any time and we will reissue the voucher as soon as we have confirmed the payment.

If you prefer to hand over or send the voucher in person, simply enter your own data when ordering. The voucher code for processing is also sufficient for us. You can simply write this on a personal greeting card so that the recipient can redeem it.

If the gift voucher arrives at the gift recipient at a specific time, please enter your own email or postal address when ordering so that we can send it to you and then hand it over later.

Important note on corona rules

Since we operate our business under strict Corona rules, the following measures must be considered:

The 2G rule (vaccinated or recovered) applies to every appointment universally
Only an official separation notice or an official recovery certificate is valid as proof of 'recovered'
An FFP2 mask must be worn during the entire visit
For symptoms of illness that indicate a corona infection, please cancel the appointment immediately
