To collect loyalty points, you need our free app. Like all your apps, you can get these in the Apple App Store for iPhone or in the Google Play Store for smartphones with Android operating systems (e.g. Samsung, Xiaomi, Google etc.). Just search for “WAX! Baby” to get to the download.

To use the app, you have to register again for security reasons. App use and appointment booking are independent of each other. However, you can register for the app with the same access data as for the appointment system.
After that, you only have to log in to the app once to take advantage of all the benefits. On the start screen you can already see what you can benefit from with the app.
Now you're ready to go. Collecting loyalty points is just as easy as taking photos with your smartphone. To achieve this, click on the “Scan invoice” button on the start screen. Then you just have to position the QR code on your payment receipt in front of the camera and that's it. Your score is now updated and also appears on the start screen.
To be able to redeem your loyalty points, you must have sufficient points for the respective award. In the overview on the start screen you can see how much you are missing for the bonus or which you can already redeem. If you click on the award, you will find a detailed description of it.
To get one of the available rewards, you just have to show the app before paying for your visit so that our staff can complete the redemption process. The points used for this will be deducted from your account balance.
As a user of our app, you can also enjoy many other advantages.
In addition to your points for your receipts, you can also collect points for other activities such as check-in or inviting friends.

Yes, the app is of course free of charge. You can download it at any time for free from your app store. There are also no paid features or in-app purchases. Nothing will change that.
To use the app and so that your data is safe, you have to register and log in to use all the advantages. Registration is straightforward and quick. You can register directly with your social media profile even more easily. Registration is independent of our appointment booking system.
Yes, that's one of the great things about the app. You can book and manage your appointments directly via the app, e.g. cancel or postpone. However, for security reasons you also have to log in to your WAX! Baby account. You do not have to be logged in to book an appointment.
Yes, your data is saved by our Austrian provider “helloagain” on secure servers in Austria and is neither shared nor passed on. The storage and processing of your data fully complies with the European GDPR guidelines.
If you do not receive a payment receipt because you have already paid for your appointment online, we will be happy to book the points you have collected manually to your app account. Just let us know when you visit that you are using the app and that we should credit you with your points. All we need is your app username or the email address you use for the app.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to share or pass on loyalty points because these are user-related managed and awarded. However, you can buy vouchers from WAX! Baby directly in the store or online, then the points will be credited to the recipient when they visit.
